Liabilities

China Visa Services (CVS) is not liable for the following for the loss of items before receipt, nor is CVS liable once the item has been shipped.

Should a situation as listed above arise, then the liability falls upon the shipping company, and not CVS.

Should a situation occur where an item is lost other than the times listed above. CVS will refund the service charge and/or cost of a new passport, up to a maximum of $100.

No refund or reimbursement of any kind will be given to applications rejected by official Chinese Authority.
